All Orders should be placed with a minimum of 3-4 weeks' notice.

Payments are made via Cashapp only at this time. In order to be placed on the books, 50% of your total balance is due at the time of booking and is non refundable. This acts as your retainer fee for services on your event date. 

Your final balance is due 1 week before your event date. Non-payment of your final 50% balance will result in your order being cancelled. 

Delivery price will be determined on an order by order basis as there are several factors to be considered such as location, cake height, fillings, fondant accents, etc. 

Deliveries are required to be within 30 miles of Brockton MA.

Please note that all 3 tier cakes are required to be delivered by the baker. 2 tier cake are highly recommended to be delivered, but not required. 

Please be aware that here at Sweet Kreations we do not make exact replicas of any cakes. Each cake is meant to be a unique work of art, personally designed for your party. While we will do our best to accommodate the design elements you've chosen, at times artistic freedom is used to decide what looks best and what may not be structurally stable (depending on a variety of factors which may include weather at times). 

All inspiration photos are welcome and encouraged so we can get an idea of what vision you have in mind for the party! 

Refunds are not currently offered at this time. If you need to cancel/reschedule your cake order, please reach out via IG DM's or email at order.sweetkreationsbygianna@gmail.com 

The address and pick-up time will be sent you 24 hours before your scheduled event date. 

Please take a look at our hours of operation as pick-up hours are different during the week vs weekends.

When you arrive, please inform Gianna via the last point of contact you've received from her. She will need the Car Make, Color, & Model before she can come outside with your Kreation! 

All cakes and treats will have care cards attached  to the box to unsure proper transportation.

Orders with less than 2 weeks' notice will incur a rush fee which is a percentage of your total balance. 

Late pick-up fees will be determined based on the amount of time passed since your pick-up time and will need to be paid before you can receive your cake.
